Employment Opportunity

Sports Physicals
Due to circumstances beyond our control, we were unable to secure a physician to do sports physicals here at the school. Please schedule your son/daughter with their primary caregiver to complete a sports physical (use MSHSAA forms) prior to the student attending practices of the sport in which they wish to participate in. The MSHSAA form can be picked up by the student in the MS/HS office or the nurse's office. If you do not have a primary care physician for your son/daughter or cannot obtain an appointment, the TCMH Family Clinic will host a sports physical day on June 9, 2012 from 9:00 am to 12 noon. The cost is $5.00. The address is 1335 South Sam Houston Blvd. Houston, Missouri.
